Patient Reviews
Terrible experience
the record I am not court mandated anything. We chose Dr Tigges’ office to conduct a Psych eval for purposes of split custody and visitation. Originally I was told eval would cost $600. I booked the appointment and was called next morning after I was on my way that they made a mistake and it would actually be more. Also was told it would take 3 weeks. I am now going on my 7th week and there’s no end in sight. My attorney and I have tried calling Dr Tigges on several occasions and left messages. We have yet to hear back after weeks. I have been promised return calls and nothing. Now I’m seeing that I should’ve done my homework on this place. It has a history of unprofessionalism. My whole case with family court is on hold because of this. I have told them several times and it goes without response. My experience has been horrendous. I would never do business with Dr Tigges again. After I wrote this review I wrote one on Google and she defended herself by lying saying that I had a balance due. Dr Tigges’ record speaks for itself. 2 stars on every review system. Stay away from this unprofessional business. Look at the reviews. Don’t trust her.
