I would like to share my experience at new beginnings, I stayed one week and left.
If you are going to lodge 2 be prepared to live with mice. In my room the shades didn’t work, and they were open. There was no toilet paper holder and had cob webs hanging from the walls and and ceiling. you are picked up at 7 am and not back until about 9 pm or later. you have to sit at the other house for 13 hours you will have no access to your room or your belongings.
Group is over at 4 pm but you will have to spend the rest of the evening siting on hard plastic chairs waiting for meds, there are 3 couches but 24 woman.
According to the notice on the wall, the the water has not been checked since 2019 but with that I don’t know that’s true, it may have just have been an old notice.
( but 5 years? )
In my own opinion the staff didn’t have very good communication, one would say one thing and the other would say something different.
You also not have any access to a refrigerator to keep beverages cold and coolers are not aloud, there is some ice provided.
The only good thing I have to say is my counselor was great, she gave me real light bulb moments, she was very knowledgeable, I did like her groups.
