I would give ZERO stars but that doesn’t give me an option. I had one counseling appt. and when I went in for second appt. one month later, counselor asked to reschedule as she was having work issues, stating she would call to reschedule. When she did not call, I called to make complaint and was told she was leaving. Asked for her supervisor, left a VM with NO RETURN CALL. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Now have to find another facility.
