Teen Challenge Women Center holds an Accreditation of Behavioral Health Care, Inc. (ABHCE) license, as well as a Departamento de Salud (Department of Health) license. They are also a member of SAMHSA’s (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) National Registry of Evidence-based Programs and Practices. The center has also been recognized for their efforts in preventing underage drinking and promoting sobriety by the Puerto Rico Anti-drug Coalition.
